Roger has over 25years experience across finance and general management roles spanning a range of industries and sectors (tech, pharma, aviation and property to name a few).

Prior to North Ridge Partners, Roger worked at KMPG in audit and insolvency before moving into commerce where he held senior finance positions in Macquarie Telecom, Allergan, Qantas, and Westfield Property Group.
When not brushing up on his specialities of Funds Management & Advisory, Governance and Risk, Cross Border & Operations, Roger can be found skiing, swimming or indulging in his passion for art and architecture.

Mao’s Last Dancer by Li Cunxin. A fantastic story about overcoming incredible odds and prevailing. Particularly resonated with me as he is my age. Our early lives could not have been more different.
